if u dun wan to upgrade ur case, i suggest for u to make a hole on ur top panel, and put a 12cm fan at it, i think will help ur case airflow better
Put the top fan exhaust cos theoretically hot air is lighter & will flow upwards. |

QUOTE(lloyd1030 @ Sep 20 2008, 08:10 PM) ya,the ide layout is not good, but i got no more money to change the dvd-rom,i want to change cpu cooler. tomorrow i try reroute them to the back of the mobo tray. thanks for the suggestion. No need to change the dvdrom. Get a rounded IDE cable instead. ![]() From uglyvamp |

QUOTE(chyu89 @ Sep 20 2008, 10:52 PM) Quite noisy due to high airflow when it's running at full voltage. As for temp performance I can say it's just as good as the Xigmatek fan.My stock Xigmatek fan is partially faulty that's y for time being replace it with AC Ryan. |

@HSLimMic, ur new cable management is now 10x better than before.
Still can do better. Buy a 24pins extension cable route it behind mobo tray. The colorful casing cable for on/off, reset blabla cable can be hidden too. Route it outside under mobo tray & let it go through the hole to ur mobo. Ace still got some works to do then. Added: the cpu cooler fan, rotate it so that the wires are not visible. @nidzamputra, perfect! This post has been edited by owikh84: Sep 22 2008, 09:55 PM |

QUOTE(AceCombat @ Sep 24 2008, 01:43 AM) some update of my second rig Ace, saw u're using a 24pins extension cable. Is there any issues in terms of efficiency as compared to the stock cable?i know it's not nice enough for going to upgrade hardware soon so just leave it like taht first. it's CM590 painted flat black interior. Btw, jz let the sata cables go straight, nicer look. The cable outside casing there, is also sleeved! |
