@zhengyang89
imo, u can fully use ur unused HDD space. put the cables neatly there.
seems ur mobo's 24 pin position give u a problem on managing the 24 pin cable.

@atomik,
nice management u have there.
IMO, if u straighten the yellow sata cable,
it will look more nicer.
and yes, sleeves make ur cable more neat.

hasif,its really a mess in ur rig. ur mobo power pin also give u headache.
well, firstly u can try what Mooneyes said. sleeving. it will make ur cable look neat.
secondly, try straighten those sata cable and hide them nicely under ur HDD, as well as front panel cable.
hope that helps.

guys,when we route the cable behind mobo tray,is it gonna affect the cable n  the side panel?
i have tried to route pcie cable behind mobo tray,but then it's hard to close the side panel..i didn't even route 24-pin cable yet..how to solve it?
*
yes, that type of problem is common when routing through the back of mobo panel.
me too suffers from it.
well, what u can do is, try arrange them nicely, of flatten them. do not bundle them together.
route them so they are not like on top of each other. you need patience though.
hope that helps.
