I once read on how to paint a Ranma figure in HK model magazine using Tamiya enamel paint if i recall. As far I can tell, the painter manage to draw consistent eyes. Note that issue of magazine is like 10 years ago.

There are shops that sell pvc figure offer EMS shipping but they dont offer much discounts like amiami. In fact some sell as much as 1999 if i recall. I'm sorry that I can't list those shops as I dont bookmark them. You find them though through Rakuten International shipping service.
