Just get the Mol Freedom Prepaid Mastercard. Saves you the trouble since it is guaranteed to work online.

Just go to any 7-11 store. Ask for it over at the counter. I think they do display it there. Costs RM 25 for the starter pack (works something like a prepaid phone no.). After you send the form to them and all that, the card will be activated and you have to top it up with money to use it. It's linked to EON Bank.

Yeah, but you can use your credit card to pay with PayPal if you don't have any PayPal funds with you smile.gif . And its more secure too since your credit card no. is not revealed to the vendor.

Something like that. After you register with the EON Bank site, you can use it to check your balance, transactions, etc.
As for topping-up, there are various ways.

Your debit card is a Visa right? Maybe some issues with that. You can try contacting PayPal or Maybank to help you.

When you buy the starter pack there is a form inside. The form is in a self-reply mail so you just drop it in the post office and wait for MOL to send you the activation confirmation.
