LR44 is quite common la. You can find it in your watches. Stationary shops sell them too. You can even find it in your scientific calculator
Heck, I think there is one in your comp's motherboard (same model IINM)

That's not even including tax and this will definitely not pass the customs since its 1k.

LR44 cost RM 2.50 or less for one... you can fit LR43, LR55, LR54, all have the same diameter with only a difference thickness, just add conductors to compensate for the difference.
