i want my money back or i will file complain and make a report to the tribunal court.

dispute settled after TS apologizes for the delay and misunderstanding due to final exam.

he/she did answer my PM and apologize for the confusion and delay due to his/her final exam.
FYI,this is the second time am dealing with him/her.
previous deal went through without any problem and i was surprise when i didn't receive reply from him/her
regarding the shipping status on my second order.
he/she replied my PM yesterday and stated that order already been made.
and will keep me posted on the shipping status.

p/s:my advise to TS is that he/she shouldn't take any orders if he/she is busy with their final exam
to avoid confusion and misunderstanding.
