Hi bro, this one is for CM Storm Scout. And it is Red. Yes, the stock screws can be used back.

May I know what is your fan size? Do you only want an empty round fan hole, or some design like fan grille attached to the panel like the one in the picture? If yes, what design of the fan grille do you want? You may visit my thread below for more reference:

Hi, i'd like the flaming ice blue side panel for CM USP 100 with 2x 120 mm fan hole. Normal horizontal line for fan holes will do. The holes arrangement should be vertical, i.e one top, one bottom and they r positioned more towards the middle, mayb edge of fan is 7 cm from the left edge of panel.
How long will it take and how much will it cost ? thanks in advance
