QUOTE(littlesaint @ Jan 6 2009, 03:57 AM) barks are not considered as substrate, they are just decorations for the tank and can be used as a hide, and for substrate u can use coconut fibre, if u dunno where to get any u can contact leetplayer as he is selling it, and not only ur scorplings nid substrate, even the momma also nid cause the substrate helps provide humidity for them and a more natural habitat OIC...thanks alot ... so does that means it is more for the scropions to feel less stressful and allow easy molting as these afs fails to molt properly under stress and also for humidity purposes. am i rite to say that ?? |

QUOTE(RyoKenzaki @ Jan 15 2009, 12:41 PM) Make alot of holes then, for my scorpling i only have 4holes on each side (Left and right) and tats it ok will do For adult u can use aquarium, or guppy tank also can Better to have a tank with secure lid although they cant climb vertically but juz in case For ants, u can buy Vaseline from pharmacy and apply a ring of it around ur container Ur babies have molted U can start separating them when u see them leaving the mom's back I suggest u to go and get coco fiber as soon as possible and use it for both the mom and babies actually i have bought 1kg from leetplayer ... juz that haven change the sub.. cos scare stress the mother thanks This post has been edited by s98432512: Jan 15 2009, 04:15 PM |

QUOTE(tempua2 @ Jan 19 2009, 01:38 AM) ahh i lazy feed cricket d..... all die wif donno wat sort of reason and soo smelly, wonderin can i jus feed mature scorpion wif worms?? will they eat?/ full enuf for them? hi i do have the same problem too... o believe is due to the humility... too wet .. cos the crickets to die.. then decompose / rot and have a foul smell... Added on January 19, 2009, 9:21 am QUOTE(RyoKenzaki @ Jan 19 2009, 02:11 AM) Guppy tank will do hi cos i am thinking of doing something like a display tank . nice to see but easy to mantain and service plus escape proof....U can try superworms, put them in between their claw and let them hold it and eat straight away If u throw in they will either ignore it or the worm burrow in the substrate better if the tank able to come with led light .. i saw on at sutra mall during the weekend but it cost RM120.... Added on January 19, 2009, 9:25 am QUOTE(RyoKenzaki @ Jan 19 2009, 03:44 AM) Lol no cover dun play play, damm scare wei... btw,, where did v1 went to ??? can't find it.... In V1 i remember a guy lost his scorp when he put inside a bucket when he changing the substrate lol This post has been edited by s98432512: Jan 19 2009, 09:25 AM |
