What level u are? Mine at level 8. They just changed the crack tiles only. They never level those tiles that I gave in list.
Mine still pending wall crack, toilet glass door, and the door to yard still unable open.
Tomorrow will go wipe the tiles with water to see all the tiles look good or not.
Dunno when only can start renovation...

When the time collect the house key, we need pay 4 month maintenance fees, even defect not yet start and 101% confirm that we cant move in but they still require us to pay this so call maintenance fees.
After get the CF and plan to start renovation, we also need to pay RM200 for sub-charge and this sub-charge depend what type of renovation you did on your unit. They just mention, this sub-charge will help us clean the place and repair the lift( I also feel funny after heard this kind of reason)
During the renovation time, my contractor need to throw the rubbish where on P1 floor, but the Taipan rubbish sub-contractor need me to pay RM100 and only allow me throw the rubbish , else please ask ur contractor bring back the rubbish and settle yourself.
This kind of developer feel all the buyer is come from kampung and easy to cheat, always ask us to pay money but when ask them finish my defect and keep delay and delay!!!!!
Please think careful before your units start to renovation!!!!

30k? not so high gua... my one knocked the wall in kitchen, plaster ceiling ( except all bedrooms), kitchen cabinet, master bedroom wardrobe, grill for all window , main entrance and balcony, add power point / switches, add a sliding door in kitchen, full house wiring, the contractor free a sliding window for my yard. If never include those wiring / aircon / power point and swithes below 20k can get.
