i am arranging to get the key in january.. (So late) appointment all fully booked. anyone gotten key for block B? hows the condition? any defeats?

I wana to some renovation for my unit... anyone use Modern City Homes Renovation? they have show office in @ park51.. is the work good?

the timber floor in the my bedrooms have squeaky sound when i walk on it. I asked developer when I do defect checking. They told me they did not glue the timber floor. It will produce squeaky sound when we walk. Is the same for all units. Sighhhh
