went to sale gallery last week, block C still got unit available, think there are still quite a number of unit available , price ranging from
abt rm 360 - 390 psq (after 5% rebate) expected completion is 2 n half years , free S&P, no DIBS, no free loan agreement legal fee.
Subsale block d unit is selling mostly 400++ psq onward. any opinion?
