my unit, floor 13A ........ KLCC view (East - morning sun)....... 1143sqft
asking / looking for 600k......... if full settlement with cash
then can nego kaw-kaw........ if gov loan or you want
80%-90% loan, then prepare for my asking price, 3% + 7% when SNP.


and, with 2 parking, not stay before. standard unit with devp
free gift.......

the "for devp partner only" penthouse at
top floor 4 units from wheres i know of
at 600k-800k now edy sell at 1.3M or full
furnish at 1.5M..........

so ?
if you buy at next year, will up & up & up......

hey, i rent out now,
rent perhead count.........

perhead i charge per-month for rm350 or 400 with car parking.
per-room if small room can fit 1 ppl, if master room can fit 3 ppl.

i tak layan them liao cos too many want place deposit,

when you call the i-prop agent, they will say tat edy got ppl book,
if you want then need top-up more $$$ for fast deal.

800sqft tat is 500k rm++

ulu damansara so call d'sara will price at
above rm700per sqft for servise condo soon
to be lunch

kota damansara tat is not near any
damansara oso, say is ulu, sub edy upward
rm600 persqft, meaning bigger size unit
1400sqft are rm800k. dont belief me,
you try iprop, search the lowest price, the
agent w say edy got ppl booked, only
left the "mahal" one.
