I went to the management office of Park 51 Residency at 1.20 pm to get my access card. All of the staffs went for lunch and through a notice on the glass door, I called up a staff, Mr. Raymond who advised me to come at 2pm. Went there again only to wait another additional half an hour before the staffs finally return from lunch. Was not greeted properly and when I said that I want to get an access card, I was asked rudely, “How I know you stay there”. My question is how come people who have zero courtesy like Mr Liang are allowed to deal with customers?
When I entered the office, I told him that the major tenant, whom signed the agreement with the owner, is Miss X. Without hearing me properly he dismissed me saying that the name of the owner is not X. He went on and on telling me that he can’t issue card to any “tom, d*** and harry”. He repeated the term again and again left me wondering if that is the only thing he can utter properly using English language.
When I lost my cool and demanded him to listen, he blatantly said he cannot issue a card for me and asked me to get out with raised voice. I raised my voice and demanded respect.
Only then, a female staff came to me and told me to get Miss X to come over to get the extra access card. Why can’t they say this simple thing earlier without wasting my time? I am appalled by the level of the customer service by this company. You should be ashamed of yourself Liang!
