The property developer behind this development is terrible. They started with MyHomes and then with Block D, A, B and C which was recently delivered. All the blocks are filled with defects and none of them were being fixed during the 2 years liability period. Of course, we are still liable to claim because all were submitted before the defect period is over. The developer always push things away and thinks that they could run away with it.
