Same thinking, but 420k offer price seems attractive though although not materialize yet..

I've already had offers for 420k. Just that I'm not ready to sell. It should hit higher ranges once project is completed.

I do have a question though, I dunno how they figure out the maintenance fee. I divided it to how many per square feet and it comes to $0.30 psft. It is normal to pay this much although the club house doesn't look like it is equipped yet.

Also, what is the insurance, quit and assessment charges mean? I thought the mortgage loan already included the insurance charges? And Syabas application deposit of $200? I don't understand. If anybody can give me some review or explanation here, it will be much appreciated.
