I'm thinking of setting up a JAG to take Syabas to court if this is true. Let's just get a class action suit and file for losses.

From YB email, he mentioned Syabas is giving the problem... I think developer also want to complete it fast, no point delay and waste money on compensation, right, no?

Everyone want to settle this soon, I believe the developer too. No point delay.. Just somehow approval by the authority is delaying it.

Syabas finally approved and now with all the support documents from all departments, CF is in submmiting to MPPJ to get CF......estimate can get CF next month...this time is real...no more delay ...

i will only believe when the developer call me and not next month or next week stories tht we always get

I really lost hope with this developer and dont wana hear all the false promises again and again....its good that YB Yau got us the proof that Syabas has approved the project...thanks to YB....however on the date we receiving key, I'll only believe once we got the letter to collect the key from developer....till then no comment...this week? next week? next month? no idea....anything possible with this developer....

Pls let the rest of us know if any one of you got the letter from Taipan...

developer sale ppl mentioned letter oledy send out today...probably will receive next week, then just prepare uself to collect the key...my spidey sense this time is real..because i saw the syabas offical approve letter for developer to apply for CF..so no point for developer to delay again...itself will get into trouble if kee delaying without reason..
