Yes, correct too. but one thing bear in mind that impossible the subsale unit is much expensive compare to developer unit (block C) which is under construction. The Block C unit selling future 2 year price. Unless you forecast the price is much cheaper in the future.

All the owners busy doing the renovation and checking the defects. There is no update from the project. Anyone sharing?
