Why is Taipan not taking action on this? Which Block is this? A or B?

Dear Block A&B.
i want clarify regarding the forming of JMB.
1 . The whole Residency @Park51 development is under ONE master title, so we cannot form two different
JMB/Management for individual block. Since the JMB is already form, u guys don't have the option to form another
JMB. Yes, you can have your own COMMITTEE, but u cant control the building since u don't have the power to
manage the funds.
2. The only solution is Block A&B must be part of the EXISTING JMB though the next AGM, during the AGM the existing
COUNCIL MEMBERS must be re-elect in the composition of all blocks A,B & D.
3. The current JMB is not proposing the merging. This is the standard procedure REQUIRED by law (633act) where the
second phases of the development MUST be handed to the existing JMB by developer (TAIPAN FOCUS ) within
12months upon VP.
4. For those who attended the last meeting (12th July 2014 ) is already inform about this by the (KJ Property
Management ) and JMB. what u can do now is ask the developer to handover the block A&B to the JMB as soon as
possible.
