it's slow but moving traffic. bottleneck is from subang to bdr sunway. in fact the traffic starts to ease from ur place! sometimes a bit of congestion when approaching epf building and federal highway arch

I dun think under strata title u can buy carpark from other home owners.
Only can buy from jmb if they have any ti sell.
