I think we're gearing for mid-high end soon now that the JMB is officially formed. for those of you who're not in the FB group, I suggest you join and provide your suggestions so that the JMB can take note of it and take it up if it's supported.

double the price is very common, like i say, mont kiara and segambut dalam is just around 1 km to each other, the price is double up for MK...

Hi everyone, i was just wondering about the penalty for late delivery. Has anyone received their penalty from taipan and was the penalty the full sum? Cause i want to ensure that i get the whole sum from Taipan.

Also, does anybody know what the rental take up is like? I am intending to rent my unit out.

not yet.only block D with VP. most of the unit only got one carpark, but the developer have a lots of carpark to rent. 130/monthly. my tenant manage to get 2 extra carpark. nod.gif

Security is good after the card access system was activated abt a month ago. Only poised to get better after the JMB officially takes over once the COB approves. JMB has a mammoth task ahead of them with limited funds. Appreciate if all owners can pay up their dues once the JMB takes over. This way, they will have more to enhance security. I suggest installing motion sensors and cameras at the ground floor staircase entrance so that the guards are alerted when someone enters the staircase. This way, we can still be bomba compliant.

i interested to purchase a new unit in block B, but come with only 1 carpark.

If extra car, where you guys park the car?

I sold my second car since I don't intend on supporting the guys who got more than 2 parking lots. I wanted an additional lot and was willing to pay for it but was unable to secure it since I was told it's sold out. Later I found out that someone accumulated more than 5 lots. How is this even possible?

you can buy as many car park lots you want when you purchase 1 unit from the developer directly. Meaning, if all units in the block are sold off, you can't purchase anymore parking lot. coz parking lot can only be purchase when you buy a unit. Next alternative is either you rent from those owner who have extra parking lots or signup for monthly car park rental from the developer. If not mistaken its RM130 per mth. Not sure if you can purchase car park lot from current owner..have to ask lawyer/developer.

Dear ALL, I've checked with the HQ last week regarding the A and B handover period.

Same story as per previous, 2 more months to wait..

However, they mentioned this time is quite firm which BOMBA inspection is conducting and shall be end by Aug, so they said September can get CF..

The worry issue is A and B management will remain as per bock D which currently they are so many complaints from the existing D's neighbors.. So after we move in there should be more funds to maintain our condo and hopefully current issue will be eliminated..
