Saw that the price in iproperty for 1,143 square feet are in the range of RM 430k to RM 460k, agak agak RM 376 per square feet. I think the price is still affordable though

Heard that block a and b still pending on cf and a court case invloved?? Now I decide to buy a unit at block b but worrying abt the cf and also concern taipan group / focus is going to complete the whole project or not like office tower and commercial building. Seem like they are struggle on land conversion problem wo. Is anyone know this park 51 and taipan developer future plan. Going like posted or only build up the condo and tarak carry on lagi project? Need someone or some info to boost my confident anyhow......pls feel free to pm or sharing herw. I think many will thanks

when i purchase block D time they said another future project beside Park 51. got drawing oredi...is a commercial/mall with 2 block condo up.......i think is the empty land between Park 51 and those color flat.......
beisde the pasar/field oso i heard got shoplot project but not sure is taipan focus project or not cos if not mistaken i got saw they name la.....

Had anyone of you requested to install iron bar on the glass door in bathroom? Checked with developer, they only install for big unit layout not for 994 sqft. I was like speechless. Much appreciate your comment & input to help me out. Thanks

the shoplot nearby field behind park 51 is ongoing by taipan, some commercial shoplots...the big land beside park 51, reserve for future commercial building purpose...most probably after park 51 fully complete...


if u notice there are lots of huge development within 5km radius from park 51...icon city and PJ sentral, will create quite lots of job opportunity and same time increase the demand for property at this area...this location can say it's the real centerlize PJ location...just between Sunway, midvalley, one U and damansara...

yup...this is the PJ area that has big chance to develop....most factory here are old.....

Hi, I am a real estate negotiator. I got one penthouse unit for sale at Block D @ RM860,000.
It's a duplex unit which means it has 2-sty within and a 1,035sf balcony. Total built-up will be 1,867sf.

it's exclude the balcony..so means total built out if include balcony will be 2902sqf
