Games PSN "Paid" DLC sharing LPD, Sellers/Buyers/Sharing

anyone know if we change hdd and we redownload the game, does it count as new ps3 or it is the same ps3? lets say if i already have game bought using psn sharing and the slot is already full, can i still activate the game after i change the hdd?
