It doesn't sound like a common problem, so any of u out there could think of a problem that might've caused this? Or a solution would be good

Hi guys, anyone of u faced any problems while on roaming? I have a friend who's sim / phone just cannot detect the local networks while abroad, even though her sim is activated to roam. Are there any special settings to tweak to fix this? Basically the friend just can't get attached to a single network signal while abroad..it just says "no service"
