I m on 1.1.4 and i was wondering if anyone else is getting the same issue. I need to make at least 2 attempts before i can make a single call. I normally get the network busy tone. Btw i m on maxis and it worked fine when i do sim card swap to my motorola, so i dont really think it is the fault of the service provider.

Not on my Celcom. This is symptomatic mostly to the Maxis line.

U mean this 'problem' surfaces with the iPhone 3G on Maxis?

Never on my Digi line ..

But there's only a "Call Forwarding Conditional" thingy popups when i make a call .. which annoys the hell out of me ..

I have this message pop up everytime making calls and it's very annoying. Not sure if anyone knows how to disable this message.

whoa..string....maxis + 3G iphone hv this prb...

if call failed the first time... don't immediately redial ...
go back to home screen and wait for a second or two ... and then try to redial again ...
if u keep redialling after a call failed.... it will continue to fail

ermm nt realli 50% it will fail again..for me la..depends on phone? environment?

If you're using Edge, or enable something to auto update or refresh it might cause this?

What i know is everytime i am browsing the net thru edge, or open mxtube.. My number is unreachable..

Did both of you use custom carrier bundles? I'm using digi also but never encounter such thing.

Thats normal with EDGE. Its a one way thing, if u surf u can't be reached. If u talk on the phone, any app depends on net will disconnect. EDGE does not work like 3G where data and voice can use simultaneously.

Carrier bundle? As in the carrier logo?

I uses MIM to change the name to AT&T and change the icon thru customize..

But before i change anything, the "Call Forwarding Active" is still there..
It pops up everytime before i make a call, unlezz i press dismiss it stay on top of my call pad..

usually this happen to me afta i end my 1st call n tried to make my 2nd call to other ppl.

Carrier bundle is not carrier logo. Carrier bundle have all the settings for the carrier i.e APN, service name, carrier alternate logo and etc. If you look in carrier.plist there's an option to turn off that thing (if not mistaken). I've haven't had the chance yet to CSI the carrier bundles if the old one's are compatible with 2.0.1.

me 2....i think my digi...but after change sim card same 2....u have to wait and then make a call again....
