Want to change my HU on my 2003 Ssangyong Rexton, Need help

Hi all,
I am interested in changing my HU on my car to a 7" Double-DIN Touchscreen Pioneer head unit. My question is, does anyone know the brand of the existing factory HU? And if I were to change it to the Pioneer, would it be able to work with the steering buttons to control the audio? Need answers. Thanks |

Only heard b4 Pioneer carrozzeria got 7" double din but not pioneer brand itself.. Mostly is Kenwood..
