Go to 'Manage Profile'
Under 'Preferences & Registration', click on 'Registration & Repair'.
Click 'Register a new device', key in your console's serial number and... here comes the troublesome part. Enter a valid Singapore address, with a contact person who actually lives there.
Once you've done that, 'request a new repair'... I think. I'm not sure coz I haven't reached that part.
Added on August 11, 2008, 5:05 pmbtw mine has been dead for about 2 weeks or so, still can't find the time to go to SG.
plus on-the-spot replacement is not possible... shucks.
I think I'm gonna wait till the end of the year, maybe they will replace this xenon with a newer version.
