hi, not trying to be a tard or anything, but is it really necessary to update to the latest firmware? i mean, what are so far the important updates?

will updating my firmware replace all the acoustic driver and cam drivers i installed? and will it erase things inside the 8gb of space?

i prefer blacklizards acoustics. they somehow made the volume louder and my light effects more responsive to my music
