I've installed sbsetting but I didn't saw the application in my iPhone... Is it anything I've done wrong or do I need to restart my iPhone?

hey guys.. after i've updated cydia via in cydia... it crashed and now i cant open cydia anymore.... any solution??
and how i delete the app i installed in cydia? coz i press the modify and delete it doesnt work.... (before it crashed) |

my cydia suddeny cannot open... when i open it just crash and jump back to the home screen!~ any solution? =( |
