just wondering if there's any chinese forum or website with guide for cydia's downloaded prog manual installation?

and when i try to dl app through cydia there's this error msg which pops out saying "the requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed" what does this mean?
