You know the phone is unlocked when u see the "Carrier" selection in your Settings.

Maxis iPhone are all unlocked.

you don't need additional sources to get those. they should be available. do make a proper search.

i tried the same day as u, same problem.. but today can install it again.. just give it a try..

I can't get the packages to show up even when i click copy sources from cydia many times..

i had face this problem before..try jailbreaking again....if still cant restore and jailbreak again...

Tried to SSH into iphone however now cant. previously before above prob i can ssh in.

Under those circumstances, try jailbreaking again and if the problem persists, then you have to restore the phone and of course re-jailbreak.

and when i try to dl app through cydia there's this error msg which pops out saying "the requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed" what does this mean?

well what you mean you dont have firmware....check in your itunes what is your current version...when you plug in the phone...if 3.1.2 then use blackra1n..if 3.1.3 its ok wait till jb is out...or you can try restoring back to 3.1.2...

anybody knows of an app which can pop up reminder without having to connect to the network? something similar like calender pop up but instead of calender, it's a todo list or something like that..
I've tried to locate from the apps in Apple Store but none of them works without connecting to the network. I was hoping somebody might create a 3rd party which could just help..
