Back to topic, found nice skateboards that suit the new TMNT figures from TRU as well, better looking than d super expensive battery operated "skateboard" tongue.gif M waiting for the Battle Shell series, juz wanted Mikey coz he's my fav character since i was a kid...
Anyway, those skateboards cost RM49.90 in a set of 4 tongue.gif bought extra Mikey (4" figure) coz the quality (paint job) of my current one isnt that great tongue.gif

U mean those SDCC painted figures? who knows but i know that it's gonna cost a bomb! bought my sdcc lion-o for ~rm250 coz it's SDCC and not goreng price while normal lion-o (8 inch classic line) only cost rm150 at goreng price. TRU brought in normal for RM79.90 LOL

Could you be referring to the Night Shadow Leo? I must admit it's got an attractive paint scheme but too bad the figure was reduced to a statue (which also caught many fans by surprise as they only found out after gettng the figure in hand).

Hahahaha! I took d most "normal" looking skateboards that i can find with d help from my gf but i had to "beg" for a few times for the past 7 days to get my "extra" Mikey laugh.gif ladies sure are tough to deal with...anyway, a quote from my fren when his wife complained bout him buying TFs, "at least i spend time and money on toys/collectibles rather than spending time and money (looking for) with other women (he's muslim, so still bujang 3)" tongue.gif wife bcame supportive of his hobby after that tongue.gif

Din know that the Shadow Leo wasnt an action figure..too bad for those who are interested tongue.gif for me, not into that design, normal turtle colours r just fine laugh.gif

Juz check on the tie point of the bandana, my 1st mikey which I bought online had black harden glue plastic that sticks to it. Notice d same thing when I was tryin to get my 2nd mikey but d extra plastic glue thing's painted in white...
I guess it's juz the tie point of d bandana tat's troublesome. Of all my 5 figures, only Mikey's not tat great, the rest are pretty nice smile.gif
Other quality check 's purely on perfection of paint jobs on d white colour bandage, bandana eyes and teeth etc smile.gif

They're really not bad - good size, articulation and worth the asking price of RM39.90 each more so compared to other action figures in the size region.

When I picked my set up I just cherry picked the neatest paint apps ie. white stays within wraps, bandanna colours don't overrun into face, etc. You'll be spoiled for choices since not many collector/kids picking these up yet at this point in time. laugh.gif

Hope to see more pics from all of you, anyone bought vehicles/play sets already? And for those who're still on the fence, here's some official stop-motion poison for your enjoyment this evening: brows.gif

Nope, bought it from a lowyat forumer, lazy to wait for TRU to bring it in. Went to legoland a few weeks ago but all they hav was only this....which cost RM19.95 each or was it RM19.99...

Think TRU, Jusco etc will be selling them at expensive price, i might as well get it from the forumer...Went to a brick shop in Tropicana last time to get the "Shop" set that cost RM999 or was it RM899, forumers sell them at abt RM800 only doh.gif

After building this, am actually tempted to get the shellraiser set and that baxter guy set n maybe that "speedy car" that raphael has....keeping tat urge under control first....damn tmnt made me spent money again doh.gif
