wanna ask u guys some thing, anyone know where to get coolant other than perodua ? ours i think should be the red color one ...

i see the coolant tank if empty d, have to fill it one right ? damn, last time went to service, they din fill up for me...

let me know the brand and where to get ok ? million thanks

is the reserved tank .. i think last time the p2 forgot to refill it , damn ... as i will goin for a long journey , so just add in , scare la ... nowadays the wallet is so tight .. i willing to pay little than a big damage....

i ask my fren to buy the coolant , toyata one , the silly guy went to p2 and bought (RM 13.++) a bottle. Never mind, still can be use. RM 13 ++ for small botle of coolant ... seems like quite expensive....

has anyone renew their car insurrance ?

did you guys select a new company or maintain the same one.

Mine was Mitsui Sumitomo as intro by agent when i bought the car a year ago , i do not know any agent to process then insurances, anyone has any idea ?

Last time i always take to someone at my hometown and let him handle , now in kl , i also not sure how to do it .

what is ctc no ? earl-ku , when is ur insurance due date ? How ling it takes to process the insurance and road taxes ? Must have the insurances ready b4 can renew the road taxes one right ?

I wonder how much for the insurances need to cover ?

Mine also got sound , but i think is due to karat after rain or long time never use.

So for renew of insurance no need grant right ? But renew raodtax need the so called 'grant' ? Issit the one with Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan with ur car specification one ? I think we have only photocopied one.

I also heard need to take the grant from bank, but how to mention to them ? Who to called ? How to get the grant ? How is the grant look like ? Can anynone show it here ?

anyone know what is the market price to be insured for a 1.0 SX ?

i own the car last nov , almost a year ago . First time was insured for 40k because of the markup price(no downpayment), so need to renew insurance now , but not sure how much to insured...

anyone own 1.0 sx had renew the insurance ? mind to share ?

heard from earl-ku is about less 2-3 k compare to last amount insured...

i always changed gear at

Gear 1 to Gear 2 - 15km/p

Gear 2 to Gear 3 - 30 km/p

Gear 3 to Gear 4 - 50 km/p

Gear 4 to Gear 5 - 70 km/p

All less than 2.5 rpm at each gear changed , also , formula for better FC . Mine is 1.0

normaly at gear 4 wont hit 3.5k rpm, at most 2.5 k only , to be specified is 2.3 k only.

Not neccessary need to changed when hit 70km/p , for example, when goin up hill , if u changed at 70 km/p to 5th gear , i think ur car wont move further already, maybe i think 90 km/p for 4th gear stll acceptable.

If u wan ur fc to be good, i think changed gear at 2.3 k rpm at constant speed will be just nice , even city driving also can achive 500 km per tank. My personal experiences for 1.0 manual, for auto i think a bit hard.

Of cos, u will expect ur car pickup will be slower la , sometimes, those ppl behind u will warning you also la .. Ha ha ...

do u know how do they fix it ? I scare they will make things worst cos it is not warranty but just on the spot fixing .


I remember last time my safety belt got problem(when car on the slope, the safety belt will stuck), the SC at ss2 also din sent for warranty, just fix it on the spot.
I saw few guys come and discuss while opening the cover, they tried to bend something , touch here touch there . Finally after few try , it din stuck anymore. But so far i still don know it is safe to use or not. I never tried emergency breaking. But i guess when u breaking, the safety belt should stuck one right ? After u release the break , it will back to normal. Is the any other way to check if the safety belf is working ?
