jerk as in how? huge jerks? or vibration only?

Today just went to do my 1st service for my viva. And it cost RM190.95

Not sure about the service center you guy go to, the one I went (Tmn Maluri, Kepong, KL) power sale me also:

Hood accoustics insulator --- RM83
Battery Terminal Protector --- RM4

plus the usual oil, gasket, transmission oil etc for RM102

The hood accoustics insulator & battery terminal are a bit of waaste of money. So if you go to service your car, you should say no to these extra.

for the shake/sound/steering virbrate , it could come from the wheel alighnment/disc brake/chamber , do get it check

I thought it is not necesary. Got a SA told me ppl dun want install it as it will pop up when heat. After a while the appearance is not nice. So, choose to not install. If want to install, better ask them install when u buy, is free.
