The lull in KL will be hit by the "Summer Sensation Music Party" this end of the month when a string of sterling mixes of DJ Daryl B, DJ Joyce Mercedes, DJ Nickelle, DJ Ricky Stone, DJ Haze and DJ Desire will definitely get you thumping in your party shoes on the sandy beach, proudly presented to you by DNKS Event and Entertainment.
Its objective is to unite the nations under one roof in this countdown activity sensationally flooded with revelry. The musical party aims to provide a relaxing musical moment in this fascinating occasion for the great hearing pleasure to feast the ears.

Set to take place from 6pm to 3am at the Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach, the event is held to call upon all nations to celebrate The Grand Independent Day of Malaysia, celebrating its 51th years old this 31st of August.

An intensely serious minded and driven individual, Michael Myers was first exposed to techno in 1992 via the music of renowned DJs Josh Wink and Frankie Bones. Citing influences such as Frank Zenker, Dave Clarke, Jon the Dentist, Myers flawlessly blends the flavors of progressive house and trance.

While he is always active in the studio, it was his first production which remains most popular being called "Sulfurex", helping out to give Nigel's track a place in techno history by using a similar yet harder variation on Moby's "Go".

Nickelle’s first success came in early 2005 with her track ‘Dexterous’ which was listed in the top 10 tunes of Miami05 in i DJ Maganize’. She champions a sexy blend of twisted, percussive House with a techy edge.

Joyce Mercedes, the best female DJ of progressive house in the world, has performed successfully at the Dance Valley and Impulz festivals in the Netherlands. In 2005 year itself she has visited more than 25 countries just to fulfill the invitations all over the regions spinning the music.

Pianka, this word was taken from the word ‘Piano’. They have done various shows back in Indonesia and the latest is being featured in a reality show in Malaysia- which is TV3 Gangstarz- as one of the finalists.

Hujan, has recorded two single Eps in the year 2007. Their music widely influenced by various bands such as Butterfingers, The Strokes, WhiteShoesAndCouplesCompany, The Arctic Monkeys etc. This group of band was also one of the finalists in TV3 Reality Music show, Gangstarz early this year.

After 8 years of DJ-ing on the local circuits, the name Desire became an icon to the regular punters of rapidly growing dance scene in KL. Regionally DJ DESIRE has had her fair share of tours including Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, Indonesia, New Delhi, etc. Her individuality combined, gives DJ Desire the creative “FUSION” that pushes her beyond the sounds capes into a realm that is stylized by a thorough appreciation for what the majority loves!
