the speed is depending on ur wireless router/access point settings.
if it is set to be wireless B only, it will run at 11mbps. if its wireless G, 54mbps. By default, there is no way vista will limit ur connectivity to a certain speed. so check it out. |

that's a odd vista glitch(i guess) i have no problem with my router wrt54g or planex wifi router.

Shouldn't use USB port for USB Wireless LAN Stick due to performance/power limit and do update the drivers for the USB Wireless LAN Stick.
