this is my second time dealing with him.

Update :
11/8/2008 :
Lodge police report. and spoke to Inspector Pudu Police station.
Sent SMS to his hp with my bank detail and inform him i have make police report.

12/8/2008 :
Try to call Mr. Tan, asking how to settle the problem again, But His HP can not be reach

13/8/2008 :
Meet the inspector again.

Finally manage to call him,

He admitted that he have received RM620 from me but sent the paypal credit to somebody else.
He said, the one who chat with me in MSN wasn't him. He did not login for the sebastianlyn for a month too. However, Sebastianlyn last login is today 11.43am.

I have request him to dispute the account he had transferred to.

I told him, I am the original guy who had make the payment to him, where i can show him all the information and details needed.
I can show all the proof from Maybank2u, Paypal, MSN Chat History.


Since he transferred the wrong paypal account to someone else, He is responsible to refund to me.

Beside than, He can transfer the paypal credit to his 2nd payapl or his related family account. everyone can register in paypal.
keep telling me, he sent the credit to another guy...

He claimed he wasn't the one talk with me in the msn.
he did not deal with anyone from the MSN.

MSN : He mention he is playing dota, and after reading the previous post, he did post something about dota too.

From the latest screen shot he provide me : His dota is mininum,


MSN : He did mention I am suk

solution : How he knows i am suk, if he is not previous paypal seller ?

It could belong to a CyberCafe IP.

beside than, He has no balls show up in LYN.
