Been a while since i last post anything and the old thread is already closed down so i'll start a new one.

Just some update:

1)Just started running new Online Games system so can u guys giv me some feedback bout it?

2)FTZ Asia.Net is sponsoring a team for DOTA so pls find me to get the details (if u dono who i am, meaning u don come FTZ often)

3)Any complaints or suggestions?

hi bb... yea i saw the new online game system... it looks like the 1 autosurf is using too... btw i not sure izzit because of that program... everytime i alt+tab from cs and goes back in, cs will jerk for like 3-4 sec. . .

oki...i'll check n see...n one more thing...don close the program if u r playing online games.

this question i am about to ask,take it from a customer point of view

The workers they dont seem to let customers choose which pc they want already
in sense that
EG: if pc1-50 isnt full yet, they dont allow us to take any from 50-100

i asked why, the fellar said the boss dont let...he would get screwed if he do so
he somore stress his voice "u want me to get screw in the butt,by my boss?"
i was like okaylar dowan make his job so hard..so i waited for a speaker pc

but then again,i for one personally hate wearing headphone...thus i would prefer to get speaker pc
that day i end up waiting 20minutes for a pc,despite the cc wasnt full yet(eg: lots of unused pc 50-100)

well,im okay to waiting for a while..since im a long term customer
but is it wise to do so to customers?
if pc1-100 isnt full..they dont allow us to open other pc

(customers might feel unhappy not getting pc's they want,maybe some might just leave)

but theres no1 else that i can ask...

well why some of the com have sdo-x and some of them don't have it? Well, it's fun to play if you are waiting for the game(dota) to start.

ftzbb, isit must be a full team? or players themselves? cz here we have some potential players, used to draft in ftz, but NOT a team.. so...

Hey ftzbb. Why not sponsor individual players and form an ultimate FTZ team? Then u would see good players brought together to grace the name of FTZ wert. Isnt that nice. And wad are the sponsoring criteria? Nid to undergo audition or something?

The Queue system there is bad. They ask us 2 write down the number and tell us that they will call us..
I've waited for 2 hours for them to call. but in the end, I see ppl who arrive later get their pcs 1st.

the next week, I wrote down my friend's number and mine .. we've waited and finally got our pc.. so strike out 1 name.
So... I was testing when he's gonna call me (the other name) I've played for 3 hours + and no calls.
Geez ! Liars !

Thanks for the feedback, actually its best if u stay around after u wrote down your name as u know there are a lot of ppl waiting during weekends and things tend to get a bit busy with the worker and might giv it out to someone who is there. let me put it this way, maybe u guys come in 5 ppls. there are only 2 pcs available. since u guys are not around so they can't just leave the pc empty so they might giv it to someone else who only need 2 pcs.

trying to fix it liao....add i think 4 air con dee but still hot. maybe its bcos the ceiling is too high. if we were to fix fans up there, would it be a good idea?
