Yes it is but it miss Ami's pseudo confession to Ryuji scene that is from the novels. It is right before Minorin/Taiga rammed into Ami that causes the catfight.
What is missing from the anime, Ami's exact words in novel...: "Taiga's been trying hard to live on her own lately and Minori-chan dumped Takasu-kun......And now that the two of them are out of your reach, maybe I'll take you for myself. This is all according to my plan. Because for all this time, I'd really been thinking that I wanted to date you. Because I like you.....If I said that, what would you do? I'm lying by the way." Ryuuji gives his usual dense reaction. "Because, it's not true. This isn't what I expected.....This isn't what I wanted, this really wasn't....But....the fact is, I did poke my nose in too much."
