hi bro, i just installed 3M crystalline 60 @ RM2800 for a SUV. It was 2 months ago. However, the front window & 2 side-windows were being replaced. Because
- 2 side windows got bubble markings
- front window : the film stated that heat reduction is 99%.. when i driving in the afternoon (after 5-10mins), i still feel heat in front of the dash board where direct sunlight is beaming thru.

Paying Rm2.8K for tinted film shouldn't have the above issues right?! Anyhow, the film have been teared down and replaced a new one, the 3M operator told me that if problem persists, they will change again for me.

My doubts, isn't it all 3M window film are standard? 3M crystalline are different quality in batches??? although the operator do replace/exchange for me FOC, but these really kind of time-wasting & gave consumer lose in 3M confident.

Since you are an 3M operator, probably you may advise us what's happening.

Yah, there are 3M water marks on the film.. once the installation fininshed, the operator will wipe off with some sort of "liquid"

but my doubts, why the 3M quality isn't controlled? why they will just simply replace the film when i report the complaint ?? that's really makes me wonder....

The operator told me that they will send back the tear-down film to 3M to reclaim a new one.....

yo.. about the the 3M's Crystaline anti-crash or something about it. Can someone/agent/reseller from 3M to explain a new tactic by the current pro-thief.. blink.gif last 2 days, a friend of mine whoe driving a Nissan X-trail with V-Kool window film (also with the 3M cristalline characteristic) got smashed at one of the big food court center in Puchong. shocking.gif

I was doubt that it is ANTI-Smash (in cantonese "Fong Bao")... blink.gif however, these fella (Pro-thief) uses a screw driver, knocking it from the edge of the window (where the film did not actually cover that).... shocking.gif so.. do you think these Crystalline or alike tinted film is actually useful??? blink.gif
