I doubt it's going to be possible. Based on the "old" rates of BLR-1.8% / ~4.95%, RM200k loan over 35 year is oredi RM1004 p/month.
Thinking to buy a house, my 1st time here.............

Yup.. buying a house is not something U want to rush into; there is just too much at stake to be impulsive so weigh your options v carefully.
