Rules and regulations for DoTA is Not so promosing.

As there are no limitation in item such as necromicon or guinsoo.

This will greatly altered the cooperation and succession of team battles.

Imagine 5 dagons on one hero during team battles or guinsoo-ing a hero for preventing him/her from team battles.
