for the qualifying; u can use wat ever cooling u want; jst NOT those uber crazy type like L2N n stuff like tat.

water cooling no problem.

ONLY IN THE FINALS (MY) + Grand FINALS

U MUST USE the items given by us to OC; that makes everyone on the same playing field. no advantages or such.
