All thanks to the squeaking sounds from the keypad panel and the "up" position D-pad not sensitive enough. Scare they might change my phone's motherboard, parts inside there. If got money better buy Original don't buy AP. T_T...Sad.

Added on August 4, 2008, 7:10 pmIt's normal one. I full charge my phone, then I place my phone settings to GSM only. Without even use much(not even call or played with camera, mp3 and even sms) place it for standby, until 3-4 days left only 1 bar. Hoping there is a higher battery capacity that can replace the current BP-6MT which is 1050mAh. Preferably, 1200mAh like the Nokia N78. Dreaming la me. Lol XD

I think for those people who can stand with 3 Mega-Pixel and LED Flash, you get a better battery life on Nokia N78. Besides, N78 has FM transmitter and most of the features in a N82. So it's up to you to decide. Seriously, I was hoping Nokia will introduce a higher capacity battery for Nokia N82. Can't stand with it's weak battery life.

T_T I can't even download this application, it looks cool and useful. My Nokia N82 is still on the workshop. I want my Nokia N82 back. Missing it for almost 3 days. T_T

Based on your usage, without turning it off, you may need to charge it 1 and half-day. It's because N82's battery drain fast when using Wifi and games for 30 minutes. If you planning to use a lot, then go purchase another spare battery. Hope that helps.

Ahh.....this problem occurs due to the panel part of the keypad. Some pry open and add some glue ( I think) then stick it back so won't got the squeaking or "nyek nyek" sound when using the keypad. I already sent my Nokia N82 to the shop where I purchase it. Almost 2 weeks already still no news from them. Sent to the shop where you purchase so they can help you pry open the panel and fix the problem for you. Hope this helps. Missing my Nokia N82. T_T

Unfortunately my black unit doesn't even had a single plastic protector that you guys have. I suspect my N82's plastic protector had been removed by the people on the handphone shop I went. What to do....I put silicon casing to protect the overall body.

My one is A1. Did you guys hear it before? Don't know is it a reliable AP set company.

My problem is not the same as yours. I having crash when I use the camera for the first time. Then the next day when I on my phone, it stated:" Unknown error occurred. Please send this headset for repair" something like that. Then so far no problem until now. Both incident I need to take out the battery and the phone starts normally. But your's I think had a major software problem. So send back to the shop and ask them to reupgrade your software. Hope that helps. Good luck.

I think it's normal gua. Once the first bar of battery dropped, it continues to drop even faster. Like for instance this morning around 10am I just left my phone standby itself without even using it like sms, taking picture and just an hour it started to drop 1 bar on and on until now it left 3 bars only. I really would like to suggest to Nokia to come out a battery which has at least 1200mAh capacity battery for Nokia N82 or at least the latest firmware software.

I used to my Nokia N82's battery life. A maximum of 2 days of battery life once full charge. It's "way" better than my old Nokia 6233 which only last me 1 day. Sorry out of topic. Craving for latest firmware update from Nokia.

Ermm....let me see. So far on daily usage, I managed to sms 10 times, make roughly 20 minutes of call, play with N-Gage games for 20 minutes, snap around 20 photos with flashes on all photos. N that's it for day one. The battery bar is 4 until I off my phone when I go sleep. Then, the next day I play some music for about 10 minutes through my headset, snapped around 15 photos with flashes on all photos, then make around 30 minutes of call, use WIFI for 5 minutes then after using WIFI it shows battery low. N it's empty just now. Hahaha . Consider OK for me alrdy. But based on my calculation, is last around 1 and half-day. The whole 7 hours when I sleep is not considered. Haha

Anyone so far know when Nokia will be announcing the new firmware update? Wait for so long haven't heard got any new firmware updates for Nokia N82. Is it true Nokia N81 has the newest Symbian SP2? I know nothing about Symbian OS. So please don't mind if I ask such question.

Sorry if I add talk alot about Nokia N85, this is my last time discussing about N85, the main disadvantage of N85 it's the lifespan of the blue coloured OLED. Which only last about a mere 5 years if you planning to use your phone for more than 5 years. That's all.

I did encounter some "bizz" or "boot" sound when u play music. Even I plug my Sonic Gear 3 speakers to the headphone's audio port, there is still got that sound. Even you did not use your phone or click any keys, there is still got that annoying "boot" sound. Does this got to do with the AP set or Original set? I would like to hear some comments from other users especially original N82 owners.

How did u do that? What theme u choose so the annoying sound disappears? Until now my one still got that kind of sound.
