i recently acquired Garmin V5.0 i think.

if i update my garmin straight away,will i have to re key in the map code?
cos that was absolutely ridiculous the last time i had to go through it

just checked my card,only got 28mb left
i soo want that 8GB

videos take up alot of space
songs not so bad-just use ogg damn small

but one video(even a FLV video) can go up to 20 megs easily

not sure if it's allowed to be discussed(but IMHO,what you do with your own phone is your own business-no one is getting hurt by this procedure)

i found a hack that disables all sign/outdated issues.

meaning, after applying this hack,you wont have to worry about changing your date to something earlier just to install something
or have to sign an unsigned application just to use it.

if anyone wants it,shoot me a PM,i'll direct you to the site.

would post here ofcourse,but since it basically hacks your phone,dont think the mods will allow such things to be discussed.


btw,if anyone wants it,the procedure is done at your own risk,and you cant use the latest firmware since....well,everyone here knows why,i think

wow..is it just me,or does the Ngage app take a shitload of battery life?

was on the train earlier,otw back.
had 1 hour to kill,so tried out dirk dagger (a ngage game) i didnt even reach my destination (<50 minutes of play time) and i had only 1 BAR left!
WTF

this sucks balls.

tried again just now,but this time only played 17 minutes (finished dirk dagger) and the battery went down a bar.

this is absolutely ridiculous,seeing how Nokia wants to push the Ngage platform
