actually its more like this. its all about the hitboxes. if you're lagging, when you shoot your target, you hit his hitbox rather than his body which has already vacated the area that you were aiming at. i did this a couple of times when i was lagging on starhub and EGN. problem is, you obviously replicate your awesome sniperdom in normal latency servers, since everything is in sync (hitboxes and all that)
