members of all [LYN], I am sorry to say that i have to take the risk of putting of my clan tag.   I have been discussing with my sifu(real one, not in game).  Apperently, he said that i am a person who should spend more time on more productive things, and not always on the computer. therefore, i might be resigning from the clan.
I really appreciate all the support my clan members gave me.

A bit about time management. People waste time. It happens to all of us. The productive thing to do is actually plan your time daily and stick to your timetable. Dont look back, because its not productive. Earn extra time by

1) Sleeping less (oh yes, you only need 4 - 5 hours of sleep, the rest does nothing)
2) Be more pro-active. Do your chores as quickly as you can, as early as you can. Instead of cleaning your house once a week, clean part of it everyday. It saves more time. Dont procrastinate.
3) Make time for entertainment. Dont work all day long since its counter-productive.

Its all about time management.

I am fortunate because I work as a senior software engineer at a large firm, so i get the flexibility of planning the time and deadlines of my entire team. I normally only schedule 40 hours of work a week for my staff and myself. This way they get back home early everyday. When there is more work to do, i normally get more people instead of forcing them to work longer. Personally, I belive a person only can work 6 hours a day productively.

Unfortunately, most companies dont see this and force their staff to work late. It doesnt work since the staff burn out. Its much cheaper in malaysia to just hire more people instead of squeezing the few good people the company has.
