ark890, you are right there. Statistics can be twisted. I have worked in a chinaman company, and I have worked in a European company. The European company has work/life balance in their KPI/statistics as well as being part of the company culture. I admit that I don't know anything about Accenture so I can't tell what their work/life or workaholic policy is like
