Finance and EP, just got an offer, I’m quite surprised and disappointed... not anyway near my expectation and no increment from my current pay. They giving sign on bonus of 2mnths and that’s it.

12mnths... and the Senior manager called me today to explain the rationale of that offer, he gave  his commitment that he will develop me and my next promotion due at dec2019. I still eligible for annual performance bonus at the end of the year and annual pay review.

Haha! I’ve been in the workforce for sometime so I understand as well.. it’s their rationale and i accept. I won’t be able to get an increment this year if they don’t stretch the max ceiling for snr consultant, only option for me is really to climb one up, he told me because I don’t have the real consulting experience that’s the reason I couldn’t be offered as a manager.

I’m in delimma to be honest, my current job super flexible, I don’t have to be in the ofis, i plan everything on my own.. what I want to do, what initiative, by when... full trust from my manager.. but I’m on max ceiling as well for my job grade.

ACN - what I like is just nature of the work, potential of future opportunity once I have consulting experience and extra 10k in 2018 taking into consideration i received sign on bonus plus pro rated year end bonus.
