Actually percentage wise around 20%++.. But my current situation is slightly complex, since I would be getting the same amount or more if I stay in my current plc in a around few months time..

So it doesn't make sense to make move now.. Since the tradeoff is so slim.. But watever being mentioned here for consultant salary juz makes me  But tats mayb bcoz im slightly overpaid currently
