hi guys, got 1 question.. im using the 700mk panasonic 32" LCD..u know when i watch movies (dvd or blu-ray) when dark scenes changes to bright scenes (or vice-versa), i can see the transition is very slow..is this normal ?

Do you mean that the dynamic backlighting is kicking in slow? Seems to be rather common issue on sets with this technology. Turn it off if you can.
